Picha items are made to order. Each piece is produced after your order is placed, not pulled from a warehouse.
Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color changes, or change of mind.
Please check the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if relevant
We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Since every item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected
- Wrong color selected
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Preference changes after delivery
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll check the tracking information and help review the issue.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may be able to reship it after confirming the updated address. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, we’ll contact you if we receive a return notification.
Unclaimed returns are held for up to 30 days. After that, they may be donated.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
